Welcome to the parents page!
 

 

We have had a great start to a new youth year.  Your support of this program is what keeps us and running.  The program although only in it second year is growing quickly I have been privileged enough to meet many new faces.  I am glad to say many of them have become permanent fixtures in

Presbyterian Place
.  We always welcome new youth to our program we do not require that they attend church at 1st Presbyterian to participate.

Standards and Expectations of Behavior for Participants and Leaders at Overnight and/or Off-site Youth Events.

 

  1. All youth must have parents or guardian’s written permission to attend any overnight or off-site event.
  2. All overnight activities will separate sleeping arrangements for male and female.
  3. No use of alcohol, illegal and illicit drugs, or any tobacco products. (Use of alcohol and tobacco is illegal for young people. In order to model; safe and healthy behaviors, adults, present at youth events will neither use, possess, nor be under the influence of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal/illicit drugs.) Any Youth in violation of this standard will be sent home immediately.
  4. There are to be no weapons, firearms or fireworks at youth events.
  5. Sexual relations or excessive displays of affection are strictly prohibited.
  6. There is to be no explicit language at any time.
  7. No one will be allowed to leave the premises at any time without an adult.
  8. All youth will follow the “Lights Out” time given by any adult leader.
